How 200+ agency engagements built the tool, and keep improving it

There are a lot of AI marketing tools out there now. Most of them have the same problem: they're built by smart software people who have never sat in a sales call with a coach, or helped a consultant figure out what they actually sell.
The prompts sound clever. The output sounds like everyone else.
We built mettaCofounder.ai the other way round. We started with the client work.
Where the tool comes from
Since 2022, our agency, mettaCofounder.com, has run more than 200 client engagements with coaches, consultants and fractional leaders. Most of them came from senior corporate roles and were trying to build a practice on their own.
In those engagements we did the work by hand: interviews, positioning, offers, LinkedIn profiles, posts, outreach, sales calls, proposals. We saw what worked and what didn't, over and over.
The tool is that work, turned into a system. Every module follows a step we've done with real clients. The order the modules run in is the order that worked.
What that means in practice
It starts from your foundation, not from a blank prompt. Before the tool writes anything for you, it learns who you are, who you help and how you talk. It keeps that in memory, so you don't have to explain yourself every time.
It follows a tested sequence. It won't push you to run outreach before your positioning is ready, because we've seen what happens when people do that.
It writes from evidence. Your posts and messages use the real words from your client interviews, not generic marketing phrases.
How it keeps getting better
The agency hasn't stopped. We still work with clients every week. That's the most important part of how the tool improves.
When we find a better way to write a LinkedIn headline, a better first outreach message or a better way to open a sales call, we test it with agency clients first. If it works there, it goes into the tool. If LinkedIn changes how it shows content, we see it in client results and adjust.
So when you use the tool, you're not using a snapshot of what worked two years ago. You're using what's working now.
What the tool does, and what you do
Here's how we think about it. Software is great at the daily work: drafting posts, preparing outreach, keeping track of who needs a follow-up. You're still the expert. You decide what's right for your business, you approve what goes out, and you have the real conversations with clients.
And you're not on your own with it. Every week, Olga and I host a live call. We teach one small part of the system, then answer your questions about the tool and your business. If you want more, you can add a monthly 1:1 with a mettaCertified Business Mentor (right now, that's one of us).
An honest note
The results in our case studies come from our agency, where we do the work alongside clients. The tool follows the same method, but we can't promise you the same results. What we can promise is that you'll be following a process that's been tested with real people, and that keeps getting better every week.
If that sounds like the kind of help you've been missing, try it.

Why "find your why" isn't enough, and what to build instead
A purpose statement on the wall doesn't change what you sell or who buys it. The Brand & Business Heart does. Here's the difference.

We ran an agency. Here's why agencies often fail solo experts
Hiring an agency sounds like the easy way out. After 200+ client engagements on the agency side, here's what we saw go wrong, and what to do instead.

We spent 25 years in corporate. Here's what it never taught us about getting clients.
Corporate made us good at our jobs. It made us bad at selling ourselves. Here's the honest version of our first years on our own.
